I went with Runit.com for my POS needs. They have been around since 1995. They have a great track record, and the systems are easy as can be. I got the computer set up; I set up internet to it. Then I called them, they had me installed there disk and they sent and after that was done they took it from there getting everything set up. I have been running it around 1 year. In that time I ran in to 1 small problem where I was not able to access the system from a computer remotely. So I called there help desk, they ha me hold for one moment than came back and told me to try again. Worked fine, and that is the only problem I have ran in to with this system so fare. They also have something in there system that I did not know I wanted. They have a real time update. It keeps track of my stock and lets me know when I am low or out of something.

China has grown into this market of course because they use a lot of these seals exporting to the USA and their prices are very hard to beat. I actually don’t think anyone can beat their prices. I used to pay twice as much as I can now get them from china. The problem though with dealing with china is that they are very hard to figure out. I get emails Friday at 4pm of some big change without any consideration of how it would affect my business. Its very frustrating and I have to admit I’m not happy about it but not much I can do.
